Chap 31: Revolution, Rebuilding, New challenges

Zoa Ace: "Memory Lane"
Zoa Ace is a fan of oil painting on canvases. Her works of art deal primarily with human relationships and emotions. She strives for the viewer to interpret what is happening in the painting just as they might interpret a poem, step by step and examining all parts of the piece. In this painting, there are many things going on. Their is a lobster at the bottom, a swan and a fish. On top of all that, there are a lot of people communicating and interacting while the woman holding the glass seems as if she is thinking or even communicating with the swan to her left. All of these images relate to the craziness of a memory. when someone remembers something, it is not just one thing but multiple things. this can create confusion. This state of confusion is also reflected during the 21th century. Everyone was confused about the future. After many wars, no one knows what is in store for the future. Confusion was a big part of the 21th century and still is.
